Thursday 23 April 2024 at 23:59 – Student/Competitor Application and IA Approval Deadline (Students must have joined their team and been approved on BUCS Play by this deadline)

Team - £407 (Team of 4 - As listed on Ranking List for Relevant Team)

ENTRY PROCESS – INDIVIDUAL COMPETITORS (CHAMPIONSHIP ONLY)

To apply for the competition all eligible competitors must follow these steps:

1. Competitor to apply to the event on BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
2. Institution administrator approves entry (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
3. BUCS approves/denies entry into competition.

ENTRY PROCESS – TEAM ENTRY (CHAMPIONSHIP & TROPHY) 

To apply for this competition teams must complete the following steps:  

1. Entries will need to be submitted via the team entries section of our online entry system, BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)  

2. Please speak to your Institution Administrator as they will need to submit your entry.  

3. A Team Captain must be selected as part of the team before entries close. (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)     

4. Competitors then need to apply for their respective team. (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)

Region B: 1st May, Harrogate Riding Centre (Durham) - Note amended date since publication to account for Easter break

Region C: 8th May, Bold Heath Equestrian (Liverpool)

Region D: 8th May, Long Lane Equestrian (Loughborough)

Region E: 1st May, Wellington Riding Centre (Exeter)

Region F: 1st May, Writtle University College (Royal Veterinary College)

Please note as per the equestrian league regulation EQU 5.3, each team must being at least one person to help. 

EQU 5.3 All competing teams must bring at least one person to help organise the Regional Round event that they are competing at. Failure to provide a volunteer will result in a fine of £100.
