“WLP hasn’t just changed my own life, but it could change generations of lives to come in the future based on the collective impact this network of women will have on the game.”
Since its inception in 2019, the programme has seen 82 students from 40 member universities graduate the 12-month programme which aims to unlock the potential of a diverse cohort of female students aspiring to work in football, enabling them to be competitive in securing roles in their chosen speciality when they enter the job market.

The release of the report coincides with the release of the new FA strategy 2024-2028, BUCS would like to thank The FA for their continued support as an education partner and look forward to working together to inspire positive change through football.
