For the second successive season, the home of the five-time Premiership champions and three-time PWR winners, will provide the stage for an epic double-header.
Last April, StoneX Stadium witnessed ‘the greatest day in university rugby history’. In the women’s match, Hartpury powered to back-to-back national titles with a 45-12 victory over Exeter.
In the men’s final, Exeter and Loughborough played out what has been described as “the most astonishing rugby match ever seen.” After trading blows for 100 minutes, it finished 48-44 to Exeter, who also claimed back-to-back national titles.
This year the kick-offs have been reversed and the day will begin with the BUCS Super Rugby Final at 4pm, followed by the Women’s National League Final at 7pm.
Dan Roberts, BUCS National Performance Manager said: “We’re delighted to be heading back to StoneX Stadium for the Men’s and Women’s Rugby Union National Championship Finals.
The quality of both leagues only strengthens year-on-year, and if the finals from 2023 are anything to go by, it should be a spectacular occasion for university sport. We hope to see a huge crowd at StoneX Stadium, and we look forward to welcoming you all in April.”
Tickets are on sale now, priced £10 for students, over 65s and under 18s, and £13 for adults. Your ticket allows entry to both finals. Tickets can be purchased here and all fans are welcome.
