We are pleased to present the insights from the Complete University Guide 2022-23 data, work funded by Sport England.
Building upon the report we released last year exploring key insights from the 2021-22 Complete University Guide (CUG) data set, this annotated presentation builds upon this by highlighting the main trends and changes in higher education sport provisions from data collected across 119 institutions from the 2022-23 academic year. The presentation linked below explored the following areas.
- Overall higher education sector contribution to the wider sporting ecosystem.
- Trends present within higher education sport and physical activity offers.
- Institutional investment in sport and physical activity.
- Institutional strategic priorities within sport and physical activity.
The BUCS Insight Team will look to follow up with further insights from the annual data collection process in 2025.
