When a report is received, our first step is to review and remove any information that may identify the individual.
Once we are happy that the report is fully anonymous, we will then get the institution that the report has identified involved.
The institution will be asked to investigate the incident and report back their findings.
Once we receive this report, we will evaluate the findings and consider whether further actions should be taken.
