The league season begins in September, with the women finishing in February and the men finishing in March. At the end of the rounds, the team positioned bottom of the table will compete against the winner of the North 1 vs South 1 play-off to determine who will compete in the leagues next season.
Men's and Women's BUCS Super Rugby Milk Championship
Upon completion of the BUCS Super Rugby leagues, the top eight men's teams and all seven women's teams compete in the knock-out Milk Championship competition.
