Arrival
Conference delegates
- Please have your booking confirmation ready to present on arrival at the registration desk in Oculus Atrium, Oculus Building.
- You will then be able to collect your accreditation and enter the networking and refreshment area.
- Delegates will be issued with one accreditation for the duration of the event, there will be no need to check in daily after you check in on the day of your arrival.
Award delegates
Please bring your booking confirmation (available to view on a device or a printed copy) to present on arrival.
Registration
- Tuesday 16 July – For delegates arriving on day one, registration will take place in the Oculus Atrium from 12.00pm to 1.00pm.
- Wednesday 17 July and Thursday 18 July – For delegates joining on day two or day three, registration will take place in the Oculus Atrium from 9.15am - 9.45am.
- Awards evening – For delegates only attending the Awards evening, please go to the entrance of the Rootes Building to register your arrival.
Accommodation
- Check in for all residential delegates opens at 11.00am at Senate House, just opposite Oculus Building.
- Tuesday 16 July - Residential delegates can check in any time during the day after 11.00am.
- Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 July – Residential delegates can check in anytime after 3.00pm.
- Check out is 9.30am on all three days.
Accreditation
- Please ensure you wear your accreditation pass for all daytime Conference activity.
- Please return your lanyards on departure if possible.
