British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) is the national governing body for HE sport in the UK. As a membership organisation BUCS delivers both sport competition and a wide range of sport development opportunities.
The main purpose of the role is to support the delivery of the Sport England funding through Our Parks Coach Parker programme, linking with the wider strategic aims of the BUCS strategy.
We are looking for an individual with experience in programme management and a drive to support higher education institutions in developing their workforce offer. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate interest in coach education programmes and innovative workforce initiatives.
This is a 12 month fixed term role.

Working at BUCS
BUCS prides itself on being an ambitious and challenging place to work whilst aiming that staff also enjoy work, have development opportunities, and have fun.
The role can be remotely based but will require travel to the BUCS office in London equivalent to one day per week. At this time, due to the current Covid-19 situation, all BUCS staff are working from home. The appointed candidate would need to be able to work from home at this time.
