Salary on appointment will be £24,128 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £24,693 per annum (pro rata).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workforce Development Administrator to join the UEA+Sport Department of the Sportspark You will provide administrative support to placement students and host organisations to ensure high-quality and effective placement opportunities, aiding the development of students and increasing their employability.

You’ll also support the workforce development aims of the uea+sport department, including recruitment and ongoing support of student volunteers. You must have A-levels (or equivalent qualifications or directly relevant experience), together with experience of providing administrative support in a busy office setting requiring multiple priorities; partnership working and liaison with internal and external agencies. Good communication, organisation, interpersonal, and IT skills are all essential criteria for the post, and an interest in working in a sport setting or in sport related activities would be advantageous.

This part-time (0.5 FTE, 20 hours per week) post is available from 2 September 2024 on a fixed-term basis for 2 years.
