Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Training: Lead training sessions twice a week: Tuesdays: 6:30 - 8:00 pm Fridays: 3:00 - 5:00 pm Introduce strategic plays for offensive attacks and support players in understanding all positions, including goalkeeper. Adapt coaching techniques to accommodate a range of player abilities, ensuring sessions are informative, challenging, and enjoyable.

Game Day Support: Attend weekly games held on Wednesdays (specific dates will be provided). Determine game-day lineups and substitutions to optimise team performance. Foster a supportive, encouraging atmosphere, focusing on teamwork and enjoyment as primary values.

Required Qualifications & Skills Experience and understanding of lacrosse, including knowledge of current rules and position-specific techniques. Ability to work effectively with players of all abilities and create a welcoming environment where all team members feel valued. Strong communication skills, with a commitment to open dialogue with club leadership, including the president and captains. Positive attitude and a team-centred approach, valuing the enjoyment of the game over a win-at-all-costs mentality.
