Description
The successful candidate will coordinate and develop relationships with partners across the institutions as well as the RFU, internal schools and departments, local community rugby clubs and the University Rugby teams.
They will co-ordinate the effective administration of these relationships and the wider cluster programme to ensure that both RFU and internal University targets are met in regards to participation and retention.
The candidate will also support the development and organisation of UoMs wider recreational sport programmes.
We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual with knowledge of the Higher Education sector, specifically within Rugby and ideally with a good understanding of the wider sports environment.
The successful candidate will get access to a range of personal development to meet their future career aspirations including support towards sports coaching and officiating as well as the opportunity work and link with a major National Governing Body in the RFU.
