Our UCL Men’s Rugby Club are London’s biggest student rugby club, with almost 100 members in the club, ranging from competitive to social members. Currently, the club has two teams competing within the BUCS leagues, Men’s 1s in Division 3 and Men’s 2s in Division 4. The club aspires to push onwards up the BUCS leagues and are looking to employ an experienced coach to empower them to take the next step up on and off the pitch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Working with the leadership team to plan intense training sessions
• Foster a culture based on exceptional performance, respect, and discipline
• Selection of team for matchdays in collaboration with the club captain
• Offering new strategies and tactics that would perhaps not be commonly known and established
Availability:
• Coach attendance at training sessions (Regent’s Park, Sundays, 2-4pm)
