We’re also here to help young adults become rounded individuals, equip them with the life skills and support they need to achieve throughout their time at University and beyond. That is where the Residential Experience Team come in, providing pastoral support to help young adults transition into University life, to support and guide students whilst they are here, and to ensure they graduate with the confidence and knowledge they need to succeed.
The brand-new role of Residential Experience Officer – Social Sport, Physical Activity and Games will be a key part of this. Working collaboratively with University of Nottingham Sport, the role will coordinate and implement a programme of social sport, fun physical activities and games that will contribute to and enhance the experience of students whilst in their first-year accommodation.

The successful candidate will have the knowledge and understanding of student experience and potential barriers and challenges, can work individually and as part of a team and the potential to establish and maintain relationships with people at all levels. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours).
