We are looking for an ambitious Performance Sport Coordinator to join our highly rated performance sport team.
The Opportunity:
To help drive forward the success and reputation of the University’s highly rated Performance Sport programme with particular responsibility for core administration, logistical planning, athlete engagement, advocate and supporting sports specific performance coaches and support staff.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Applicants should be Educated to standard grade level (incl English/Maths) or with an National certificate in business or sport administration
- Previous sports admin experience (paid or voluntary)
- Clear understanding of Performance Pathways in UK Sport
- Track record of achieving set priorities and objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Desirably have experience of British Universities and College Sport (BUCS)
- Commitment to excellence
