About the Role:

You will lead and coordinate our Strength and Conditioning programme to assist our student-athletes to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for developing the service to both team and individual sports, managing a team of staff working predominately during university terms. Working very closely with the physiotherapy team you will lead the delivery of athlete screenings, 1/1, small group and squad training sessions. You will lead on the delivery of an educational programme alongside coordinating with a variety of external partners including National Governing Bodies and professional clubs.

As the programme develops you will be responsible for increasing the volume of service to the programme and developing a wider service to include members of the NTU Sport fitness team and NTU students.
