Description
The University of Warwick Swimming and Water Polo Club is one of the largest student run clubs at the University of Warwick. We operate from the University’s brand-new sports and wellness hub, which consists of an 8-lane, 25m state-of-the-art swimming facility. We have a thriving swimming side, consisting of swimmers and water polo players with a very wide range of abilities, ranging from total beginner to national standard. Our swimming side consists of 3 squads: Development, Club, and Competition, the latter of which is the team that participates in BUCS.
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual qualified as a Level 2 swimming coach to join the University of Warwick’s swimming team as head coach as of October 2022.
As a head coach you will be primarily responsible for the coaching and progression of the Club/Competitive squad, for which you will coach for 4 sessions a week. You will be responsible for delivering sessions that facilitate the progression of our swimmers, in the shape of a training program that aligns to key competitions throughout each term.
