As one of British Wheelchair Basketball’s (BWB) new High Performance Partners, we will support BWB as it looks to expand grass roots participation, reimagine the talent pathway and elite performance programme within the UK, and to realise its ambition to bring professional leagues that attracts and retains the best players in the world.
High Performance Partnerships are centres of excellence for wheelchair basketball in the UK. These Partnerships will develop and nurture wheelchair basketball talent, acting as hubs to incubate talent and develop future elite athletes.
The East London Phoenix Operations Assistant will support in the day to day running of the university’s first sport franchise team.
This role will assist the East London Sport team and the Head of Wheelchair Basketball, in ensuring that all administration and operational requirements are in place for both training and match days. They will also help to coordinate all the student placement roles within the franchise.
We are looking for passionate and organised individuals who can work efficiently on their own and as part of a wider team with an eye for detail.
