Members are required to book their own accommodation for the event.
There are two nearby options on campus that are owned by Imago Venues, which is part of Loughborough University: Burleigh Court Hotel or the Link Hotel.
Imago Venues have created a BUCS code for delegates to use when booking accommodation in these two hotels, please see prices below:
Burleigh Court Hotel
Sole occupancy (either Executive Double or Executive Twin) with bed & breakfast: £148.50 per night
The Link Hotel
Sole occupancy (either Executive Double or Executive Twin) with bed & breakfast: £130.35 per night

Please note that the BUCS hotel rate includes bed & breakfast and is fully flexible and refundable, there may be other cheaper options available on the hotel website at the time of booking due to fluctuating rates dependant on demand.

For a slightly cheaper option, the Premier Inn Loughborough is only a 10 minute drive from Holywell Park Conference Centre.
