Registration/Parking
Registration will take place at Bowmoor Sailing Club.
There is parking available here free of charge.
Timetable
The current timetable is a draft, and the final timetable will be available the day before. This allows us to judge the weather conditions and suitably run the races according to the weather.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals must be made in writing by the Institution Administrator and e-mailed to Maddi Cannell, BUCS Event Coordinator.
Withdrawals after the IA Approval closing date (Tuesday 14th March 23:59) will still be charged the entry fee.

Changing Facilities
Food/Drink
If you have purchased a food add-on with your SWA ticket – this will be provided for you. If not, it is recommended, you bring sufficient snacks/drinks for the weekend. There are no shops nearby, therefore it is recommended you visit one on the way to the Sailing Club.
Clothing
Wear sensible clothing appropriate to the weather forecast. The site is a sailing club, which if rainy, will become muddy, therefore dress appropriately for the weather forecast.
Windsurfing clothing should be provided by yourself or your institution.
