Accepted Entries
- All BUCS entries, submitted to the correct competition (Men's and Women's Pairs, not Reserves) have been accepted. The tournament info and tournament draw will be displayed at the link below. You MUST be able to access this during the tournament as it will display live scores and match schedule etc. BUCS 2024 BEACH VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT

- BUCS registration: 6th June: 08.00 - 08.30: Centre court marquee
- Mixed Pairs/Fours entry: 6th June: 14.00 – 19.00: Centre court marquee
- Mixed Pairs/Fours registration: 7th June: 08.45 – 09.00: Centre court marquee

Withdrawals
To withdraw from the event, please contact your Institution Administrator who should inform the event lead.
As a reminder, any withdrawals after the entry deadline of Thursday 16 May at 23:59pm will still be charged the entry fee. Any teams who do not attend the Technical Meeting on the morning of Thursday 6th June 2024 at 8am will be fined £20. Any teams who do not attend the competition without withdrawing in advance will be fined £30.
As of Tuesday 27 May, NO subsitutions will be allowed unless evidence of a new injury is provided via a doctors/medical note.
Transport
- Local Train Stations - Bournemouth, Branksome, Parkstone and Poole Train Stations
- Car Parking - Early parking is free on surrounding roads (please allow 20 mins to walk to the venue). There is a car Park adjacent to the Beach – charges apply.
Changing Facilities / Disability Access
Public toilets are available next to the tournament venue. As well as this, a gazebo will be provided for players, although this is not enclosed.
Food & Drink
Drinks and snacks will be available to purchase at the tournament venue.
There are various drinking water taps located on the promenade. Water is also able to be purchased at the venue.
Please bring your own reusable coffee cup if you would like to use it when purchasing hot drinks.

Appendix 1 should be read in conjunction with Appendix 6.
