Event Guide
Registration
07:30 - 10:00 (last arrivals 09:30, whole teams only, first team comes first seen) - Sign in at the Student-athlete morning accreditation & weigh-in desks - see signs for locations - all student-athletes to attend.
- Each university male players and female players must all arrive for accreditation and weigh-in together; females and males go to your respective accreditation waiting areas.
- There are 4 weigh-in rooms, 2 male and 2 female; check the signs to see which male and which female weigh-in room is designated for your university, you must go to the correct one as you cannot be registered if you go to the wrong room, they will not have your accreditation card!
08:00 - 08:45 - Sign in at the General accreditation desk - Go to check-in desk , main hall - all referees, volunteers, coaches, assistant coaches, guests, spectators and all other participants to attend.

Timetable
- 08:40 - Referee & Patterns judge briefing session - Go to Court 5 - all registered umpires (L2+) to attend
- 09:00 - Volunteer assistant briefing session - Go to Court 4- all registered volunteer assistants (L5-L3) to attend
- Volunteers who have not yet attended accreditation must do so after these briefings or you will be marked as absent in our register
- 09:20 - Volunteer assistant technical briefing session - From court 4 go to demonstration desk - all registered volunteer assistants (L5-L3) who are not competing in the patterns competition to attend - wherever possible volunteers attending this session should swap roles with other volunteers on their court and take the desk technical assistant (laptop operator) role during the sparring competition
- 09:20 - Club captain & head-coach briefing session - Go to Court 3 - 1 captain/president and 1 head coach per club to attend
- 09:45 - 12:00 - Patterns competition - umpires, volunteers and student-athletes must all be in position/ warmed up respectively by 09:30 respectively ready for a 09:45 start to the patterns competition
- 12:00 - 21:00 - Sparring competition - umpires, volunteers and student-athletes must all be in position/ warmed up respectively by 11:45 respectively ready for an immediate 12:00 start to the sparring competitions
- Lunch will be staggered, one court at a time, across Saturday afternoon. See the notices on individual court desks for details.
All itineraries are subject to change, check the BSTF website for live updates up to and including on event day(s). We recommend building in plenty of contingency time for travel, and having a back-up travel option for smaller groups of student-athletes/ coaches in case they need to depart later than the bulk of your team.

Transport
By Train: The nearest train station is Eastleigh, and is approximately 1 mile away.
By Bus: There is a bus stop 0.5 miles away, with buses running from the city and train station. Check local bus timetables for more information.
By Car: Free parking is available on site for up to 300 vehicles, on a first come first serve basis.
By Bicycle: Bike racks are available at the venue to store, should you live locally.
Changing Facilities
Places Leisure Eastleigh has a number of public changing rooms that are available for use on the day at any time.
Food & Drink
Places Leisure Eastleigh has an onsite café offering a range of food and hot/cold beverages.
Visitors are permitted to bring their own food into the venue but should not bring external hot food (fast food and deliveries) into the site. These will be removed by site staff if seen.

BUCS Points
BUCS Points are not available at this singular event, however all scores count towards an accumulated score across the three Takewondo Championships.
For all disciplines, classes and divisions, the top eight teams/institutions across all three championships are awarded the following BUCS points:
- 1st place: 20 points
- 2nd place: 14 points
- 3rd place: 10 points
- 4th place: 7 points
- 5th place: 5 points
- 6th place: 3 points
- 7th place: 2 points
- 8th place: 1 point
Individuals competing in A-class divisions are also awarded points if in the top 4 after the conclusion of the final event of the year. For more information please see Appendix 1
