Accepted Entries
The following teams have entered and been accepted into the event:

Schedule & Format
Please see the Google Sheets Link here for the schedule, which will be updated as the day progresses.
The 7 Teams will be split into 2 Pools (4 & 3 teams).
Teams will play all teams in their Pool during the morning games (Pool A playing 27 good balls, Pool B playing 20 good balls but playing each other twice).
The top 2 teams in each Pool will advance to the semi-finals.

16:15 - The presentations will take place after the final. The winners and runners up will be awarded with a medal.

Team sheets - IMPORTANT
Players must be added to teams on the BUCS Play system by 23:59 on Tuesday 11th March 2025. The squad size is a maximum of 15 and minimum of 6. No more than 9 players may be on the field at any one time and no more than 5 males on the field at any one time.
On the day Team Captains will have to name their batting order to umpires before each match.

Playing Surface
All games will be played on grass surfaces. Football studs can be worn.
Withdrawals
To withdraw from the event, please contact your Institution Administrator who should inform the event lead. Entries withdrawn after the team entry closing date will still be charged the full entry fee.

Parking
Parking is available at SportsPark but is limited, please see the below image for the parking location:

Changing Facilities
Changing rooms are available but are also accessible for other outdoor bookings on the date, so please ensure any belongings are not left in changing rooms.
Food & Drink
There are vending machines at the the SportsPark facilities. There are also onsite cafes available at Whiteknights Campus which is near by.
Sustainability
The sustainability of our event matters to us and these are the positive steps we are taking to manage our environmental impact:
- All staff and volunteers are encouraged to travel to the event via public transport
- We have used local suppliers where possible
- Event programmes are all online, minimising paper use
How can you help at this event? Here’s some ideas:
- Be self-sufficient by using refillable bottles and coffee cups to reduce waste
- Travel smarter – as a team on a minibus, cycle or use public transport
- Go paperless - use your phone for all event information

Photography and Videography
Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event.
BUCS reserves the right to prohibit photography equipment being used at a BUCS event. BUCS reserves the right to request that the individual ceases to take photographs, deletes any images and, if considered necessary, leaves the venue.
