Accepted Entries
The following teams have entered and been accepted into the event:

Individuals have until Tuesday 4 March 2025 to enter their team, in order to be eligible to compete at the event. Institution administrators then have a further 48 hours to approve any entries, but please be aware no further entries can be made after 4 March 2025 at 23:59pm.
Schedule & Format

The 7 Teams will be split into 2 Pools (4 & 3 teams).
Teams will play all teams in their Pool during the morning games (Pool A playing 27 good balls, Pool B playing 20 good balls but playing each other twice).
The top 2 teams in each Pool will advance to the semi-finals.

Teamsheets
Players must be added to teams on the BUCS Play system by 23:59 on Tuesday 4th March 2025. The squad size is a maximum of 15 and minimum of 6. No more than 9 players may be on the field at any one time and no more than 5 males on the field at any one time.

Playing Surface
All games will be played on grass surfaces. Football studs can be worn.
Withdrawals
To withdraw from the event, please contact your Institution Administrator who should inform the event lead. Entries withdrawn after the team entry closing date will still be charged the full entry fee.

Parking & Pitch Location
Parking is free in the red circle on the below map. Please use the car parking at the venue. The pitches to be used are 4 and 5, which are marked by the large red X's, and the closest entrance to those pitches from the car park is indicated by the small red x.

Changing Facilities
There are changing facilities at the venue. Any specific changing room numbers will be assigned on the day.
Food & Drink
There is a café at the venue - ‘The Final Whistle Café’ - where food and drink can be purchased. Vending machines are also available. A water refill station is also available.
Photography and Videography
Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event.
BUCS reserves the right to prohibit photography equipment being used at a BUCS event. BUCS reserves the right to request that the individual ceases to take photographs, deletes any images and, if considered necessary, leaves the venue.

Sustainability
The sustainability of our event matters to us and these are the positive steps we are taking to manage our environmental impact:
- All staff and volunteers are encouraged to travel to the event via public transport
- We have used local suppliers where possible
- Event programmes are all online, minimising paper use
