To apply for the Individual Championships:
- Competitor to apply to the event on BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
- Institution administrator approves entry (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
- BUCS approves/denies entry into competition and publishes confirmed entry list
To apply for the Quartet, Triad, Pairs & Team Championships:
- Institution Administrators must submit team entries on BUCS play (For example, if you have 6 competitors wanting to enter the Pairs event, you should enter 3 teams). Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
- Competitors will then need to apply to join their respective team on BUCS Play. Instructions for this can be found here. Competitors should ensure that the correct number of people are in the team, e.g. 4 in a quartet, 2 in a pairs team. If you are submitting more than 1 entry, you will need more than 1 team. Your 1st team (Will be labelled as 'Event Name 1' on BUCS Play) should always be your strongest competitors.
- BUCS approves/denies entry into competition and publishes confirmed entry list.
