To withdraw from the event, please contact your Institution Administrator who should inform the event lead.

Venue information
PARKING
Individual: Parking provided in hardstanding at Sandringham Royal Park
Relay: Parking at Trumpington Park and Ride
CHANGING FACILITIES / DISABILITY ACCESS
Changing facilities and disability access provided for both Individual and Relay competitions. These are available in the parking for both competitions.
FOOD DRINK
Individual: Food can be purchased at Sandringham Visitor Centre café
Relay: There is a Sainsbury’s Local 400m from the competition centre.
Presentations
PRESENTATIONS
Presentation of medals and prizes will take place after the Relay on Sunday at 12:30.
Medals and prizes will be provided to all A class competitors and relay teams. Prizes will be given to B and C category winners.

Photography and Videography
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event.
BUCS reserves the right to prohibit photography equipment being used at a BUCS event. BUCS reserves the right to request that the individual ceases to take photographs, deletes any images and, if considered necessary, leaves the venue.
