  • Confirmation that the team will attend the event
  • Planned form of transport (i.e. whether teams will be arriving by coach, car or public transport) and any parking requirements (please note parking details below).

Registration

Teams should arrive no later than 45 minutes before their scheduled fixture. On arrival, the captain should report to the registration desk found close to the sports centre building. Please ensure that you have a valid team sheet completed on BUCS Play and report any parked vehicles.

Team sheets will need to be completed on BUCS Play prior to the fixture, as per standard LUSL Rules and Regulations. BUCS staff will undertake spot checks on the day to ensure teams are complying with these regulations.

Please be advised that due to the large number of matches and competitions taking place on the day, changing facilities may be tight and may have to be shared with other teams. Lockers are available on site to store valuables, but BUCS Staff and the Venue will not store larger bags. Upon arrival, please be prepared to change quickly ready for your fixture.
