REGISTRATION
Affiliation with BSKA. Team entries through BUCS Play with your institution. Remember to bring student ID cards for each player – players will not be permitted to play without them! Please bring the match forms and registration forms which will be emailed to you at least a week before the day of the tournament.

0845 - Arrival and registration.
0900 - Coach, captain and referee meeting.
0905 - Warm up for the first games.
0910 - Games commence.
1645 - Games finish.
1645 - Tournament presentations.
1655 - End of tournament. Tidy and leave the venue

Team withdrawals after the entry deadline of Tuesday 7th of November 2023 (07/11/23) will result in a fine of £100

CHANGING FACILITIES / DISABILITY ACCESS
Changing rooms are located on the same floor as the Jubilee Sports Centre entrance and reception, and include a disabled shower and changing room.
FOOD / DRINK
Vending machines on site. Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s Local on Burgess Road.
Clothing
CLOTHING
Players on a team need to wear matching tops with unique numbers clearly visible
Progression to finals
PROGRESSION TO FINALS
● Top 4 teams will progress to the National Championships (1st university teams only).
● Teams placed 4-8 will progress to the National Trophy
● Teams placed 9-10 will progress to the National Shield/Plate
