All competitors will receive a text message prior to the event detailing the category they’ve been entered into, which enables any category adjustments to made before the competition is created. After this they will receive a text message advising the time and location they need to be for to start their competition.

Withdrawals
To withdraw from the event, please contact your Institution Administrator who should inform the event lead.
Withdrawals after the entry deadline will still be charged the entry fee.
Jiu Jitsu Foundation Membership
To be registered into the competition you must have TJJF membership.
Clothing
All competitors need to wear a white or blue training suit (gi)
Parking
There is parking at the EISS. There will be Parking Stewards who will direct vehicles to the parking area for them.
Changing Facilities
Competitors will be free to use the EIS Netball Hall Changing Facilities, with the event being hosted in the Netball hall.

Food & Drink
Food and drink can be purchased at the EISS and can be consumed within the venue. However, it can not be consumed on the mat.
Presentations
Presentations for the BUCS Men’s and Women’s individual competition will be on Sunday afternoon after all events have be completed.

Photography & Videography
During this event various filming, photography and broadcasting may take place. By your presence at this event you grant your permission for your likeness and voice to be included in pictures and / or on film, and their advertising without compensation or credit.
Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event
Spectators
Seating is for the event participants, the instructors, and the club support teams. There will not be space for external spectators.
