- Teams are spilt into two groups where they play each other once
- Top two progress to semi finals and Final
- Placement matches for final rankings

Venue Information
CHANGING FACILITIES / DISABILITY ACCESS
Allocated changing facilities and disability access to the event clearly indicated within Derby Arena.
FOOD DRINK
Food and Beverage will be available on site providing a range of hot and cold food/drinks throughout the day.
Please note no alcohol is permitted at the event.
WARM UP AREA
Designated warm up area available for teams to use 30mn prior to each of their fixtures. Only use the designated area for warm up.
SPECTATORS AREA
Stands allocated to the event are available to spectate the fixtures.
Teams not playing nor warming up for a fixture should remain in the stands and not block any access within the venue to allow for a safe flow of people.
FIRST AID TENT
The first aid tent is there for on court injuries. Please bring your basic first aid supplies to take care of any of your pre-game needs.

Registration
REGISTRATION
Captains & players need to check in their teams on arrival from 8am on the Saturday at the event’s entrance with their rosters and student IDs. Athletes without their student ID will not be allowed to participate.

Photography and Videography
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event.
BUCS reserves the right to prohibit photography equipment being used at a BUCS event. BUCS reserves the right to request that the individual ceases to take photographs, deletes any images and, if considered necessary, leaves the venue.
Withdrawals

To withdraw from the event, please contact your Institution Administrator who should inform the event lead.
