PARKING: Parking is available for £3 all-day, when using the MiPermit App. Further details are available here.
Registration
Captains need to check in their teams on arrival from 8am on the Saturday at the event entrance. Please check in your team no later than your competition’s players check allocated time (see below).
PLAYERS CHECK
Captains and players need to present themselves at the designated players check area inside the arena with their rosters and student IDs at their competition allocated time. Athletes without their student ID will not be allowed to participate, without exception, so please do not forget your ID.
- Championship/Cup Registration: 08:00am
- Trophy Registration: 12:00pm
- Shield & Plate Registration: 16:30pm
Teams do NOT need to arrive at 8am unless competing in the Championship, but it is advised to arrive in plenty of time for registration as it will become busy around the above times.

Important Information
Please find below some important competitor information:
- Bring a set of bibs to account for colour clashes.
- There is a designated warm up area available for teams to use 30 minutes prior to each of their fixtures. Only use the designated area for warm up, and ensure you are not using this area if you are not within your allocated time.

As per the BUCS Rules and Regulations all referee decisions are final with no opportunity for appeal.

Teams are reminded to abide by player code of conducts and show respect to all volunteers, officials, and event staff. Feedback may be submitted in writing via the Team Captains.
Venue Information
SPECTATORS AREA
Stands are allocated to the event and are available to spectate the fixtures.
Teams not playing nor warming up for a fixture should remain in the stands and not block any access within the venue to allow for a safe flow of people.
FIRST AID TENT
The first aid tent is there for on court injuries. Please bring your basic first aid supplies to take care of any of your pre-game needs.
FOOD DRINK
Food and Beverage will be available on site providing a range of hot and cold food/drinks throughout the day.
