This is a closed event. A student can only enter who has qualified through the Macpherson Order of Merit qualifying events (Golf Tour), competitors who do not qualify will form a reserve list.

As per regulation GOL 4.8; the top 50 men and top 15 women will automatically be entered into the draw for Tour Finals following the conclusion of the last qualifying event. Institutions will be contacted via e-mail and invited to confirm entry of their competitor(s

Part of the BUCS Golf Tour 2017-18 and Macpherson Order of Merit.

This is a 72 hole individual stroke play competition played over three days at the extremely prestigious Prince's Golf Club.

• Sunday 10 April - Round 1 - Starting at 10:00 - 10 minute intervals, random order (groups of 3)
• Monday 11 April - Round 2 - 2 Tee Start (Holes 1 & 10) - Starting at 08:00 - 10 minute intervals, reverse score order (groups of 3)
• Monday 11 April - Round 3 - 2 Tee Start (Holes 1 & 10) - Starting at 13:00 - 10 minute intervals, same groups as round 2 (groups of 3)

There will be a cut in the men's competition after round 3 to top 24 including ties

• Tuesday 12 April - Round 4 - Starting at 08:00 - 10 minute intervals, reverse score order (groups of 3)

Competitors must register at least 30 minutes before starting Round 1. Competitors are encouraged to register as soon as they arrive at the venue. Registration will be located in the pod restaurant at the clubhouse.

Competitors must show their student ID on arrival. Competitors who do not register may have their tee time withdrawn. Players need to come to registration area each day to collect their scorecard and after each round to submit their scores.

Course guides will be available for the event free of charge.

Range balls will be availble to purchase at the club shop.

Competitors are encouraged to use and update golfbox for their scoring so the tournament can provide up to date live scoring.

As per the rules of golf, competitors who do not show for their tee time will be disqualified.

This event forms part of the BUCS Golf Tour and Macpherson Order of Merit.

The Winner of the season long order of Merit will also be announced at the conclusion of this event.

Points for the OOM will be awarded to the top 20 men and top 20 women as detailed in the BUCS Golf Rules and Regulations.

Competitors withdrawing during the competition must inform email Luke Gallen, stating their reason for withdrawal. Any withdrawals after Thursday 7 April will still be charged the entry fee.

Competitors must also inform their institution they have withdrawn from the competition. Any competitor who does not show up to register for their opening round will be considered a no show and their institution will be fined £50 in addition to the entry fee for the event.
