Registration

Registration will take place between 7:30-8:30am.

Please ensure you have your student ID with you as these may be checked.

TUESDAY 13 JUNE

07:30 – Registration open
08:30 – Registration close
08:45 – Draw for 1st Round Trophy Dressage
09:15 – Demonstration of 8 horses for 1st Round Trophy Dressage
09:45 – 1st Round Trophy Dressage Tests (8 horses ridden 3 times - 6 team & 6 individual tests = 12 tests)
11:30 – 1st Round Trophy Dressage results
12:00 – Draw for Trophy Final Round Dressage
12:15 – Demonstration of 3 horses for Final Round Trophy Dressage
12:30 – Final Round Trophy Dressage Tests (3 horses ridden 3 times = 9 tests)
 
13:45 – All competitors to help with clearing arena and course building
 
14.15 – Draw for 1st Round Trophy Show Jumping
14:30 - 15:00 – 1st Round Trophy Show Jumping Course Walk
15:00 – Demonstration of 8 horses for 1st Round Trophy Show Jumping
15:15 – 1st Round Trophy Show Jumping Rounds (8 horses ridden 3 times = 24 rounds)
16:30 – 1st Round Trophy Show Jumping results
17.00 – Draw for Final Round Trophy Show Jumping
17:15 – Demonstration of 3 horses for Final Round Trophy Show Jumping
17:30 – Final Round Trophy Show Jumping Rounds (3 horses ridden 3 times = 9 rounds)
18:30 – Trophy Awards Presentation

Tests

The tests for the event will be uploaded to the website as soon as possible.

Withdrawals

Riders who do not attend will be fined £10 should they not withdraw via email to Harry Spinks by 6th June.  

Parking

All competitors and spectators can park in the main car park, which will be signposted.

Food and Drink

There is an on-site café which will be open throughout the day.

Presentations

The presentations are scheduled to take place at 18:30.

Equipment

Body protectors are compulsory at this venue and must be worn by competitors.
