Entry Process
The entry process for individuals will be the same as in previous years (individual enters through BUCS Play and is approved by their institution administrator). However, each team must be submitted as a team entry.
To enter a team for this competition:
- University Institution Administrators (IAs) need to apply for all teams that will be competing. Entries will need to be submitted via the Equestrian 22-23 Sport Community section of BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here). Students/Competitors will not be able to apply for their team unless an IA has entered the relevant team on BUCS Play.
- A Team Captain must be selected by your Institution Administrator and added to your team before entries close (Instructions on how to do this can be found here).
- Competitors need to apply for their respective team on BUCS Play through the Event. (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
- Approving entries does not take place on the Dashboard. IAs/Team Captains will need to locate the team within the Event Teams section of the Equestrian 22-23 Community and manually move the selected students into the Squad. (help guide: Adding team members into the squad of an event team)
- Please ensure all members of the team are entered.

To apply for this competition on BUCS Play:
1. Competitor to complete competition application on BUCS Play
2. Institution administrator approves entry
3. BUCS approves/denies entry into competition and publishes a confirmed entry list.

Volunteers
Please note as per the equestrian league regulation EQU 5.3, each team must being at least one person to help.
EQU 5.3 All competing teams must bring at least one person to help organise the Regional Round event that they are competing at. Failure to provide a volunteer will result in a fine of £100.
