Progression to Finals

Progression to the finals in the evening will be calculated using the scores from your climbing session. The top 4 male and female climbers will progress to the final.

All competitors are encouraged to stay, spectate and support your fellow competitors – There will be an area set aside to accommodate this.

Please note: The Finals will include flashing lights, a DJ and commentator, so may not be suitable for those suffering with epilepsy.

Presentations

Presentations will take place at the end of the day, after the conclusion of the final climb-offs. Whilst the time cannot be guaranteed, we anticipate this will occur at around 21:30, and will be done by 21:45pm.

Presentations will be made for the Male & Female Winners, and the Male & Female Team Overall Team Winners.

BUCS Points

BUCS Points will be awarded to the top 4 competitors in the Men’s and Women’s Individual competition.

Team Points will also be awarded to the top 8 teams from both the Men’s and Women’s competition. This is awarded by taking the top 3 scores of entrants from each institution to form an extracted leader board.

A full breakdown of points can be found in Appendix 1
