Registration
Race control on Saturday is at Grandtully Station Park and on Sunday is at Aberfeldy Slalom Site (the finish of the Classic Race All competitors must individually register and sign for their numbered race bibs before racing. This must be worn by the competitor to which it is issued at all times whilst on the water on Saturday and Sunday. Separate team bibs may be issued for the Classic event team competition Sunday afternoon. Further information about team bibs will be given at the briefing sessions 08:15 Saturday and also after the Saturday prizegiving session regarding Sunday’s races.

Withdrawals
To withdraw from the event, please contact your Institution Administrator who should inform the BUCS Event Lead, Tanyel Mustafa.
Please see REG 7.9 for our withdrawal policy.
For this event, there is no late withdrawal fee.
There is a fee for No Shows at the event which is £10 per individual event entry.
Parking
There is plenty of parking at Grandtully Station Park for the Sprint Race on Saturday and at Aberfeldy Slalom Site, the Classic Race Finish, on Sunday. At the start of the Classic race there is unrestricted on-road parking in Taybridge Drive. There is a charge for parking at Grandtully Station Park however this cost has already been met on the for BUCS WWR event.
Changing Facilities
Saturday: Grandtully Station Park has changing rooms, toilets and showers - including accessible
Sunday: Beyond Adventure (Aberfeldy Slalom Site) has toilets/changing - including accessible
There is a charge for these facilities however this cost has already been met for the BUCS WWR Event.
Food & Drink
Saturday: Strathtay Stores - just across the river from the Sprint Race Course.
The Highland Chocolatier - adjacent to the Sprint Race Course with a Chocolate Lounge.
Sunday: Aberfeldy has shops including a COOP and convenience stores - open on Sunday.
Presentations
Results will be published (online and locally) as soon as they are available after each event. Prize giving will take place at Grandtully on Saturday and Aberfeldy on Sunday.
Other - Clothing and Equipment
Outdoor watersports in Scotland in November require appropriate kit and clothing, on and off the water. Participants should bring sufficient quality and quantity of kit/clothing, with the expectation that kit/clothing will not get dry during the event. In addition to paddling clothing please bring sufficient warm and waterproof clothing to last you through the weekend.

Photography & Videography
Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event.
BUCS reserves the right to prohibit photography equipment being used at a BUCS event. BUCS reserves the right to request that the individual ceases to take photographs, deletes any images and, if considered necessary, leaves the venue.
