BUCS Criterium Championships: £22.50 per competitor
BUCS Road Race Championships: £42.50 per competitor

Stage 1 Entry Closing Dates:
Tuesday 22nd April 2025 at 23:59 – Student / Competitor Deadline
(Students / Competitors must apply by this deadline)
Thursday 24th April 2025 at 23:59 – Institution Administrator Deadline
(Institutional Administrators are given 48 hours after the student / competitor deadline to approve entries)
Staged Entry
Road Bike Category
This year BUCS are introducing a category for Road Bike users to compete in our Time Trial events.
Road Bike riders will compete within the same competition as Time Trial riders but will not be eligible for BUCS points.
Road Bike riders results will be extracted from the overall results and the winner of this category will be awarded a white BUCS medal
BUCS Points Available
BUCS Road Race Championships:
Time Trial Bike Riders: Please read Appendix 1 in conjunction with Regulation 6.
Road Bike Riders: Unfortunately, Road Bike riders will not be eligible for BUCS points.
BUCS Criterium Championships: There are no BUCS points available for this race.
Entry Allowance
For both races the allowance is 80 riders per race, 160 riders in total (80 Men’s, 80 Women’s) Any extra entries will be placed as reserves.
Each institution should rank their riders, and this will be used to select the field if the race is oversubscribed.
Time Trial bike riders will also take priority over Road Bike users if this event reaches capacity.
Entry Process
To apply for the competition all eligible competitors must follow these steps:

Competitor to apply to the event on BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)

Institution administrator approves entry (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)

BUCS approves/denies entry into competition and publishes confirmed entry list
Any data will be handled in accordance with BUCS Privacy Policy
