£42.50 per competitor

Stage 1 Entry Closing Dates:

Tuesday 22nd April 2025 at 23:59 – Student / Competitor Deadline 

(Students / Competitors must apply by this deadline) 

Thursday 24th April 2025 at 23:59 – Institution Administrator Deadline 

(Institutional Administrators are given 48 hours after the student / competitor deadline to approve entries) 

Staged Entry

Should the competition allow more entries a Stage 2 Entry window will open. Priority will remain with the entries received before the Stage 1 entry closing date. Entries received in the Stage 2 window and accepted into the competition, will be charged an additional 20% fee.   

BUCS Points Available

Please read Appendix 1 in conjunction with Regulation 6 for a full breakdown of BUCS Points available.   

Entry Allowance

80 riders, 160 riders in total (80 Men’s, 80 Women’s) Any extra entries will be placed as reserves.

Each institution should rank their riders, and this will be used to select the field if the race is oversubscribed. 

Entry Process

To apply for the competition all eligible competitors must follow these steps: 

  1. Competitor to apply to the event on BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here

  1. Institution administrator approves entry (Instructions on how to do this can be found here

  1. BUCS approves/denies entry into competition and publishes confirmed entry list

BUCS Cycling Rules and Regulations  

This event will be run under the technical regulations of British Cycling. 

Licenses

All riders are required to have a category 3 licence (or better) to race in this event.

Photography & Videography

Anyone wishing to take photos or video at this event must complete the BUCS Media Accreditation Form prior to the event
