EVENT GUIDE
Registration
All athletes are required to register on the day if they wish to confirm their place in the race.
Registration and bib collection will take place in the Athletics Pavillion.
Registration will close for the Male and Female race at at 4.20pm. This will allow the competition organisers to determine whether one or two Male finals are required.
Timetable
Women’s 10,000m – 5.40pm
Men’s 10,000m– 6.20pm
Men’s 10,000m Final 2 – 7pm (if required)

Withdrawals
Please see REG 7.9 for our withdrawal policy

Parking
Please note that Loughborough parking is now chargeable. Further information can be found here
Facilities
There are changing and shower facilities in the Athletics Pavilion and the Indoor Athletics Centre.
Food and Drink
The Student's Union has various shops and refreshment outlets, and is approximately 200m from the Athletics Track.

Presentations will take place after all races have concluded,
