Registration

All athletes are required to register on the day if they wish to confirm their place in the race.

Registration and bib collection will take place in the athletics pavilion and will close promptly for men AND women at 4.20pm. This will allow the competition organisers to determine whether one or two men’s finals are required.

If an athlete already knows they wish to withdraw, please do so as early as possible to Nell Hart: [email protected].

Timetable

Women’s 10,000m – 5.40pm

Men’s 10,000m A Final – 6.20pm

Men’s 10,000m B Final – 7pm (if required)

Withdrawals

Any withdrawals made after the entry deadline will be charged the entry fee

Parking

Parking spaces can be found near the track and across campus. Please do not park outside of a designated space.

Changing Facilities

There are changing and shower facilities in the athletics pavilion and the indoor athletics centre

Food / Drink

The Students' Union has various shops and refreshment outlets, and is approximately 200m from the athletics track
